The “ADIEU PARIS!” project imagines a dystopian France in the year 2030. An accident at the Nogent-sur-Seine nuclear power plant releases a toxic cloud and plunges the country into chaos.
The army then took control of the country and decided to allocate its logistical and economic capacities to organize the mass migration and plan the reconstruction of the territory.
